An economist and investment banker. Previously the CEO of a financial leasing company, Dr Yulek has project finance and economic development experience in about 15 countries during his tenure at the International Monetary Fund, the Islamic Development Bank, the World Bank and the Turkish Prime Ministry. He has taught at Georgetown University, and authored a number of books and articles in economics and, finance. He is a columnist at Dunya, a well known Turkish economics daily, and is member of the advisory board of various journals and bodies. Ph.D., M.A. Bilkent University, MBA Yale Unversity, MSM (Management) Boston University, B.Sc. Bogazici University.
